EAST COAST JAZZ REVUE APPRECIATES YOUR PATRONAGE.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued by East Coast Jazz Revue only in the case of event cancellation or postponement. Handling fees are not refundable.  Visit the East Coast Jazz Revue website, www.eastcoastjazzrevue.com for cancellation or postponement announcement.

 

TICKETED EVENTS

Each person attending a concert performance, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

 

WILL CALL

Tickets can be purchased or picked up from the Greenville Convention Center during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.   During the evening of the concert, the Will Call desk will open at 6:00pm.

 

LOST, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED TICKETS

Tickets purchased online through EVENTBRITE may be printed from the link in your confirmation email or login to your account.

 

TICKET EXCHANGE

No exchanges are possible!

 

UNUSED TICKETS

Prior to a concert performance, unused tickets may be donated to East Coast Jazz Revue.  A tax receipt will be issued by mail up to six weeks following the date of the performance.  An official postmark of your post office will determine if the tickets were mailed prior to the performance.  Mail unused tickets to:
